EQUIPMENT FINANCE AGREEMENT (EFA)

This finance vehicle is gaining in popularity due to the similar rates and characteristics of equipment leasing but with one main difference. It allows you the option to buy-out early, without paying the balance of interest not unlike a loan. This is only available thru a couple of our funding sources to over 2 year old businesses with good credit.  Call for specific details.

ASSET BASED LOANS

Collateralizing inventory or accounts receivable to finance rapid growth or equipment acquisition when cash flow is hampered by seasonal needs or industry cycles. Typically utilized by manufacturers, distributors and service companies. Generally, more costly than loans and leasing. Sale Lease-Back loans are a fast and effective finance vehicle to generate immediate cash by collateralizing your company’s existing free and clear equipment.

BUYOUTS, MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS

Business buyout or acquisition parameters dependant whether its a current partner, key manager, or outside the company. General requirements are at least 3 years of industry experience, 10%-30% of equity injection, some which may be borrowed, and stable or growing sales trend for past 2 years. Loan-to-value ratios may be low to none under $1,000,000 and a debt service ratio varies by industry.

HARD MONEY/BRIDGE LOANS

If you can’t find a traditional lender to meet your odd financing requirements, or if close to foreclosure or bankruptcy, this may your only alternative. These are real estate collateralized loans, with LTV of 50%-70%, and higher interest rates and fees with quick turnaround that can make a bad situation better.
